This is a long overdue note regarding the superior service we received when we moved.

Our moving team could not have been more professional or nicer to work with. They arrived exactly on time every morning with a cheerful attitude, they worked hard constantly, and they were very courteous and concerned that they get everything packed carefully and to our satisfaction.

These men are certainly to be commended and praised. Nowadays it is a real pleasure to find people who are professional, efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend these men to anyone contemplating a move.

As a property manager I recently had the opportunity to recommend Mr. Small Move to new tenants. The move was difficult in that it started to pour rain, the elevators were temporarily knocked out by lightening and it was on a 4th floor. The next day, the tenant contacted me to rave about the wonderful service and praise all the guys on the crew. Not only did they show respect by covering the carpet with paper as not to walk on cleaned carpet, they also wrapped up all the antiques and other perishables and then carried up the heavy furniture that would not fit into the elevator - 4 flights of stairs without one negative comment or complaint. The tenant has continued to thank us for the referral and tell everyone in the office how wonderful it was to use Mr. Small Move.

I used Mr. Small Move twice in two weeks, and both times they were excellent. The first move was a short one, within Vero Beach; the second move was longer, from Ft. Pierce back to Vero Beach. There were different movers on both occasions, but both teams were pleasant and professional.

My father was moving into an assisted living facility, and was taking selected items with him. Unfortunately he then passed away, and all the furniture and belongings had to come back to the original home. This time they did the packing. The movers on both occasions were pleasant, helpful, and professional. The company charges by the hour, and they moved quickly, and did not spend any longer than necessary. I found them very reasonable, and would definitely use them again.

I would like to let you know what a great job you did on my recent move. Also I wanted to thank Dan for recommending we store our things in your storage warehouse. It was a perfect solution for us when our home was not ready to move into. We have stored at self storage units in the past but the vaulted storage was great. When our things were delivered to our new home everything was clean. Having our furniture in a sealed vault prevented dust from settling on our furniture.
